Transfer & Non-Traditional Students
We are excited to welcome you to campus this fall for classes. In the meantime, if you have any questions at all, please reach out to us at email@example.com or 479-575-4200. We are standing by to connect.
We will be hosting a virtual question and answer session on August 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CDT, in Blackboard. Feel free to drop in and ask any questions you may have about your transfer to the U of A.
Transfer students are high school graduates with at least 24 transferable college credit hours earned after completing high school.
Designed specifically for transfer students with at least 24 credit hours or non-traditional students, the online orientation includes a message from our Chancellor, Joseph E. Steinmetz, as well as video presentations by several on-campus offices, all essential to your success here as a student. The program will provide you with important new student information and services and offer you the best start possible at the University of Arkansas. The Online Orientation is available as soon as you register for Orientation and takes between 30-45 minutes to complete.
A Note on Advising
All transfer/non-traditional students should contact their academic college for advising and registration prior to participating in orientation. Visit advising.uark.edu for more information on how to get advised.
