Directions
This address will take you directly to the north entrance of the Garland Parking Garage:

From the south:
- Take I-40 to I-49 North (exit 12)
- From I-49, take the Wedington Drive exit (exit 64)
- Turn right (east) onto Wedington; drive east for 1.5 miles, then turn right (south) on to Garland Avenue
- Turn left (east) onto Cleveland Street, and the entrance to the Garland Avenue Parking Garage will be on your right
From the north:
- Take I-49 South to Fayetteville
- From I-49, take the Hwy 112 exit (exit 67A)
- Turn right on Hwy 112, and travel south for 2 miles until you reach the northern entrance of campus
- Turn left (east) on to Cleveland Street, and the entrance to the parking garage will be on your right
From the east:
Take Hwy 412 West to I-49, and then see the directions "From the north" above.
From the west:
Take Hwy 412 East via Cherokee Turnpike from Tulsa, OK to I-49 South, and then see the directions "From the north" above.
Parking
Complimentary parking is provided during orientation at the Garland Avenue Parking Garage. Orientation Leaders will be located at the north entrance of the garage off Cleveland Street to provide you with a parking pass and guide you to check-in.
If you are being dropped off, please arrive at the Garland Avenue Parking Garage.
Check-In
Upon arrival, our Leaders will be on hand to guide you through the check-in process. Students attending a one-day session should plan to check in between 7:30-8:30 a.m., whereas students attending a two-day session should plan to check in between 2:30-3:30 p.m.
A campus map will be provided to you in your orientation packet, but you may also view the online campus map.
Lodging for Students and Guests
Complimentary on-campus lodging is available for students attending a two-day orientation. However, it is not required, as we realize that some students may prefer to stay with their families. If you plan to stay on campus during your orientation, you will need to bring: bedding (pillow, sleeping bag, or twin sheets and blanket), towel, and toiletries.
No overnight accommodations are provided for guests attending orientation, or students attending a one-day session. Fayetteville offers a wide variety of accommodations near campus.
Transportation to Campus
If you are traveling to the University of Arkansas from Northwest Arkansas Airport (XNA) or the Fayetteville Bus Depot, there are several shuttle services and rental agencies you can use to get to campus. If you are being dropped off, please arrive at the Garland Avenue Parking Garage.

Directions from Airport
From XNA to Fayetteville: Turn east (left at airport exit) and go to Cave Springs. From Cave Springs, continue traveling east for six miles on Hwy 264 to I-49. Take I-49 South to Fayetteville. From I-49, take the Hwy 112 Exit (Exit 66). Turn right on Hwy 112 and travel south for 2 miles until you reach the northern entrance of campus. Turn left (east) on Cleveland Street, and the entrance to the Garland Avenue Parking Garage will be on your right.
